I called owner Josh White of Flager Land Management LLC reguarding the removable of 12 large pine trees some over 100 feet in height from our property. He came over the same day I called gave an estimate. Within days Josh and his great crew battled the cold, wind and adjoining neighbors. Completed the job with no mishap. Josh and his associate showed up for an estimate on the 3rd try. We agreed on the price for a tree removal just to never see them again. Excuse after excuse to finally ignore all my calls and texts in the end. Josh your behavior is like of a naughty boy who did something bad and is hiding in a closet. I'm very disappointed that you wasted so much of my time. Those days I have been waiting for you to show up for an estimate and then to do the actual work are wasted. A shameful display by someone who claims to be the owner-operator of the business.
