Flagship? Really? Should be called Titanic! I purchased a new custom home built by Flagship who skillfully hid their cheap low-quality materials and sub-par construction resulting in many problems which surfaced after the one-year warranty and are still costing me money to correct. My phone calls and complaints were met with only excuses and lies by Flagship’s owners who never offered me one dime to cover the cost of my repairs. Worst customer service in the industry for honoring a basic home warranty on a brand new house. Flagship (better described as Sinking ship) refused to correct three rather minor discrepancies. We are the first owners and occupants of the house and our purchase was approximately 10 months after the house was completed and listed for sale. After three months living in the house we had three minor issues come up that we identified to them requesting corrective action under the warranty. Well these hucksters refused to do it and claimed the warranty had expired. They claimed the warranty period begins when the certificate of occupancy is issued by the city. Although it took them and their realtor partner ~ 10 months after certificate issuance to get the house sold and the very first occupants

I am working with Flagship Homes to build my home. So far they have been nothing but professional and timely. They listen and get back with you. I will return and update my review once my home is finished.

Well what can I say about this company. Let me see are they perfect no do they want to please their customers yes. I moved to Conway S.C. in 2016 it was a dream come true. I met with five builders and their reps and Flagship was by far the better of the five. I will tell you building a home Is a big pain in the -------. I wanted things a certain way and Stan Hal JERRY Sally and Kim were very patient with me while I was detailing what I wanted. Flagship has to deal with a a lot of issues that as home owners we simply do not see, at the same time they are trying to meet your needs. DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER. THEY ARE THE WORST. Built my house with them in 2020 and closed in February of 2021. Not only were there several mistakes and delays, but they never came back to finish my closing walk through items- leaving patches in the walls, a broken window and missing parts everywhere. 11 months later and countless calls, I still cannot get my walk through items completed from my closing. We were also given 6 and 11 month warranties with the purchase of the home- and I was flat out told no one was coming for a 6 month warranty walk through- that they will only do the 11 month check. I've had problem after problem and the office personnel and reps are useless and unresponsive. I've been given dozens of numbers and just gotten the run around for the past 11 months while no one
