Such a great experience. The two technicians called before arriving, showed up right on time, and were so professional and kind. They carefully removed the microwave, fixed it in under an hour, and left my kitchen spotless. Truly appreciate their care and respect. Highly recommend!

I would strongly recommend going with a different company unless you’re prepared for same-day cancellations with no explanation and constant rescheduling. It honestly feels like they drag the process out — especially if the unit is still under warranty — almost as if they’re trying to squeeze the manufacturer for multiple service claims instead of resolving the issue efficiently. The final straw for me was having to cancel my appointment because they couldn’t provide proof of insurance for my building in a timely manner. It takes 24–48 hours just to send a simple certificate of insurance by email? That alone says everything about how disorganized and inefficient this company is. Jeremy was terrific on initial and return visit. Came on time, was polite and efficient and answered my questions. The app was excellent. My 5 star review is for Jeremy only. This was a Whirlpool washing machine warranty issue that Flamingo was assigned to repair. I had to wait over one week for Flamingo to schedule the appointment, only to find out they had to order another part (not Flamingo's fault). I then had to wait another week for the part to arrive and reschedule. In the meantime, I had to go to the laundromat daily for over 2 weeks. Very disappointed consideration could not be given to expedite the appointment.

I have had such a time with trying to get my dish washer repaired. My dish washer stopped working I called the appliance company and it was under warranty. They gave me this company’s information. I scheduled for an appointment. They saw what was needed and said he had to order it. They came in on the day before the warranty was expired and said don’t worry we will be able to get it done. They then scheduled my appointment on a Monday. Then I got a call saying they are not open Monday and needed to reschedule. Then the day I was scheduled, my elderly dad waited at my home for five hours only for them not to come. Someone tried to call me to confirm my appt even though I already did that the day prior. I was at work and could not answer my phone. It even appeared they were in my community b

I hope this is the right office as I'm in Hollywood,FL. Service technician Darian came out today to check my washing machine. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. He ordered a part and will return when the part comes in. I was very happy with him and his service. Update: The part took awhile as it was on back order. But it finally came in and on Feb 4th technician Darian returned and he replaced the main control board. Again,he was very knowledgeable and very nice. Took his time to replace part and to run his tests and make sure everything was good . He was great! Highly recommend!
