The technician (Jeff) that was assigned to my case was great. He immediately recognized the issue in my dishwasher, ordered the part, once it arrived the appointment was set. On the day of the appointment the communication and tracking of the technician was great. Jeff had fixed the issue within 15 minutes - the motherboard was replaced.

Shane from Flamingo came out to fix my dishwasher and did an outstanding job. He was spot on with diagnosing the issue and took the time to clearly and patiently explain everything to me in detail. His knowledge and professionalism really stood out. He worked efficiently and had my dishwasher up and running in no time. I truly appreciated how thorough and honest he was throughout the entire process. Great service from start to finish — I highly recommend Shane and Flamingo for appliance repairs!

Frankie did a quick and fantastic job. He arrived during the announced time frame, worked quickly to replace a faulty Mother Board, assembled and tested the washing machine and left - all in less than 30 minutes. I've done two loads of wash since and the washer appears to work just fine. Frankie was very professional and friendly and I would highly recommend him and Flamingo Appliance Service of Georgia to anyone needing warranty or regular repairs. Marcelo was extremely professional, friendly, and quick. The initial communication and the service itself was super smooth and easy. He had ordered the part he expected he would need based on our description of the issue and brought it with him. He was correct about the part, so we only needed one 5-minute appointment to solve our problem. It was literally that fast. He even wore shoe covers without being asked. I really appreciate that. Super nice guy. Explained everything as he was doing it, which I also appreciate because I'm the DIY type that likes to hover and learn. 10/10 would recommend and use them again.

I have no problem with the techs themselves, but the company itself would NEVER get my business voluntarily. I had a tech out on 2/17 for frost in my NEW fridge/freezer. Somehow by 2/23 the fridge is completely dead. I was told a tech could come out on 2/25 - they called out sick. Then I was promised 2/27... and the tech called out sick again. No recourse, no offer to make it right, no priority rescheduling.. just a "we dont have availability until 3/5!?!? This is the worst customer experience I've ever had. Kitchenaid is forcing me to use Flamingo and apparently Flamingo can't staff their crews appropriately. So now I've been here with a dead refrigerator for 8 days and absolutely no one has offered to try and make it right. AND you're telling me there's NO ONE who can come back out he
