Flamingo Plumbing & Backflow

I was extremely impressed by the quality of the customer service and service technician from Flamingo. First, when I called them to set up the appointment, they answered quickly. The intake discussion was quick and efficient and the service operator was smart and professional. Then, they were able to come out on the same day and the service technician was on time. Finally, we really liked the service technician, Bob David Torres. He was friendly, knowledgeable snd thorough. We appreciated his timeliness and professionalism. We had never used Flamingo before but we will definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them to all.

This is my second time working with Flamingo Plumbing, and both experiences have been excellent. The first time, Alex Fernandez repaired a leaking pipe at my water heater. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, and he completed the repair efficiently while explaining everything clearly. Most recently, Jordan Leone worked on the main cold water line and valve to my condo. What is typically a complicated repair was handled smoothly and with real expertise. Because the job required shutting down the riser, I had to coordinate HOA approval within a specific time window, and Jordan ensured the work was completed seamlessly during that period. The customer service team at Flamingo Plumbing was also extremely helpful in scheduling everything appropriately and keeping the process

Had a broken spigot while watering my garden and was leaving town for a few weeks, so I needed help fast. I called and they had a technician at my house within 2 hours. The issue was fixed quickly and professionally. Great response time and solid work. Highly recommend!

Bob did a great job and the employees at the office were so kind throughout the whole process. We are extremely happy to no longer have to deal with a backflow preventer, and we now have better water pressure!

It’s unfortunate that I’m writing this review. Our first experience was great, we were installing a new washer dryer and needed some plumbing assistance. Our service was prompt and everything was done in a timely manner. Now that we have an issue with the lack of hot water at home, it is next to impossible to get some communication. I left multiple messages after missing a phone call which was made merely 10mins prior to my requested time frame of service. I call back multiple times within 5mins of the call and get an AI system instead of a an actual person. I left a voicemail and days later have not even gotten a call back. I have made multiple requests for service and have not even gotten a return call from my original voicemail. This is nothing short of disappointing after the great ser
