We started having issues with our unit blowing out warm air on a hot day. The unit could not get our house below 80 degrees. I called Sean and he got me on the books right away. With our unit being older, I thought it might be time for a new one. They came out and said a new unit was not needed, that it was just dirty and needed to be cleaned. My husband and I have no idea how this stuff works And so they could have easily taken advantage of us. Was very impressed with their honesty and professionalism. They have won a customer out of me. We will be having them come out for regular maintenance and for any potential issues. 10/10 recommend!

We are so blessed to have a company like Flanagan in our area and did I mention the prices are the most reasonable in the area. They have saved us from fixing are water lines, placed are floors, fixed are furnaces/ cleaned them, fixed well pump, installed sealing fans, replaced piping for our bathroom and so much more !!
