Very professional and personable. They arrived exactly at the appointment time. I was a little out of their normal service range, but they were very accomodating. My husband and I are very pleased with the excellent job they did. Our carpet looks like new again. Price was very reasonable, I highly recommend this company.

Flanders did a fantastic job—the carpets look beautiful and the price was exactly as quoted, even though they had to do additional work on two of the wool carpets. Communication was great,
