Great experience with Flat River. Anita got me scheduled quickly and even though there were supposed to be two people on the job it was still done very well in just a few hours. Pricing was higher than the other quotes I got but service quality and the peace of mind from their warranty is worth it. Highly recommend!

I called Flat River Electric and talked with Heather regarding six existing light fixtures to which I was experiencing problems. Heather did a great job listening and understanding my issues. Electricians Caleb and Connor were dispatched. Both electricians were polite and respectful of my home. They explained why the six existing fixtures were not working. They proposed solutions and costs for me to decide on how to proceed. Once the work was authorized Flat River Electric proceeded timely in completing the electrical work , removing all necessary debris, leaving the work areas clean . I have used Flat River Electric several times thru the years and have always been very happy with their work. This last time was no different. DeWayne and Billy arrived on time to put in a separate light switch in my laundry room (it was connected to the hall lights so if I turned them on, all the lights would come on). I also needed a security light installed and the main reason I called was to replace the light fixture at the bottom of the stairwell. The one that was there was recessed in the ceiling panels and gave out very little light. Sometimes I couldn't even tell if it was on. I was (still) doing work in the stairwell and had not yet replaced the ceiling tiles. Billy shows up with Dwayne at almost exactly the time they predicted, not the tail end of it, but the very start. It only got better from there. I initially called because I had a blown fuse and my garage door wouldn't open. By the time they were done, my garage was fixed, three of my previously dead outlets were fixed, my new thermostat was installed, and I now have a new electrician.
