It's a parking garage. Smells like pee and maybe homeless that hang around outside randomly, either that or drunks.
Good resource for longer-term day parking @ $0.40/hr. Brattleboro seems strewn with derelicts and many congregate here - minus a star.
Free EV charging at 9.6KW which is outstanding for public level 2. The parking rate is only 40 cents an hour.
Filled with crackheads. Would not recommend.
