They do an excellent job. They are very professional, and their communication is great. Whenever we need them to come out outside of our scheduled time, they are always accommodating. We are in the process of moving, and we will absolutely be continuing their service at our new home. 10/10, highly recommend.

Since the day I started using Flatline there has never been an issue. Communication is always clear, wait time is never long and they don’t give you giant time windows for service. The technicians are very pleasant. John was my latest tech and he was extremely informative, attentive and nice which is always refreshing. Love doing business with them. 100% recommend.

So uncommon these days , but this team did everything they promised. We live in the country and they solved a rodent issue we had. Always very pleasant to deal with. All the techs as well were gracious and trustworthy!
