In October 2024, I obtained several bids to install James Hardie Plank Lap Smooth Siding and paint my home, with all contractors promising completion within two weeks. I selected Phil’s bid, and work began on December 9, 2024. While the initial quality was acceptable, it declined during the second week as Phil prioritized a large commercial project. Order errors further delayed completion beyond Christmas. Phil resumed work in January, but progress was slow due to limited manpower and missing materials. On January 29, 2025, he completed several sections and agreed to correct issues such as misaligned siding, poor layouts, and incorrect trim (see pictures). Phil and his squad did a total commercial remodel for my retail supplement store. Very professional and detail oriented. He broke his collar bone in a car accident during the job. He showed up in a sling and still got it done with his team! 10/10 would recommend

We worked with Flecksable Services; Phil and the team. They are amazing. We had some mold due to previous owners who had a flood and didnt clean it up. Phil came out, cleaned up the mold, redid the flooring and kithen quickly and kept the place clean. They are very professional and do amazing work!
