Fleet & Eden Garage Parking

Really solid garage at a great location. And $5 to park for the local businesses is a good rate. Minus 1 star for two reasons. First, they did a terrible job shoveling the snow on their sidewalks. Second, the exit has a really steep section that leads to scraping the bottom of your front bumper - even if you take it slow.

When I stayed at the Hyatt next-door, this was the garage maybe .1 miles from the hotel in the back it offered plenty of EV parking and charging there. I believe that they had a rate going 4 PM till 7 AM check out for five dollars. If you checked out after seven, I think the max rate that they would charge you is 16 bucks. On the weekends they had a 24 hour rate from 4 PM to 4 PM I think for five hours.

Good rates - $5 after 4pm. Spacious. Quick walk to pier 6 & attractions in the area. Safe.

Upon first pulling into the garage I had some doubts. The place literally stunk but there were plenty of open spaces and the high Google Maps rating. We parked on the first level. We left the car there for a few hours while we explored Little Italy and the Inner Harbor. Upon entering, the guy in front of us in a huge pickup truck pulled straight (the only direction to go to search for parking), put on his flashers, stopped, and got out as if he was the only person in the place. After a couple minute wait he slightly shifted his big vehicle out of the way leaving enough room for us to squeeze by. Upon returning to the garage, the lobby doors were locked so we had to walk in through the car entrance. The ticketing machine worked flawlessly. Roughly 4 hours of parking cost $5 - that’s a dea

They're good prices and I appreciate the not-greedy and not creepy pull-a-ticket system. That system is the way to go! I cannot be required to have a phone because if the parking operator doesn't pay my phone bill, they can't require me to use that to pay. I need to be able to pay anonymously (for safety) with cash or visa gift card. I hope they never change this system!
