Fleet Garage

It was clean and easy to get to a parking spot. There was traffic leaving as we were all leaving from the same event. This made our ticket fail as we didn't make time leaving. Management was on and waiving the charge quickly to keep traffic flowing.

Safe pedestrian access, lots of good ramps/sidewalk level openings, elevators are accessible. Pricey.

They used to have wonderful parking but lately they want to be greedy and raise the prices for the conventions that come up there. On a normal day they barely have anything full so they decided to get their money from the children and parents that come up there for conventions. That is a scummy thing to do for a business. When the convention stopped coming and they're left barren they can blame themselves.

Experienced highly unprofessional customer service from the manager upon exiting the garage.

The parking garage itself is pretty good but the customer service is either very pleasant or absolutely rude, snippy, and deterring. Stephen was extremely pleasant and helpful, however the female over the intercom was one of the rudest people that I have dealt with in customer service. After having to deal with her attitude, I was ready to go home.
