This company is a scam. Beware!!!!Horrible customer service it took many calls to get a call back and does not back up any claim. Went to Take Five Car Wash and they ruin my brand new black TRD Pro 4Runner with scratches and oil stains. This company is supposedly their insurance company. Of course they denied my claim because saying I did not have evidence that this did not happen before. This is a brand new car and the first time I went into this car wash. After reading their reviews no wonder they are a 1.9 rating. After reading reviews I will not go to any business from here on out that has Fleet Response as an insurance company. ie: Discount Tires They are rude and try to get out of any claim possible.
