If I could give a lower review I would. Horrible communication and customer service. I was scheduled last week, came home from work, my appointment window passed. I had to call multiple lines to get through to a sales manager who had an attitude with me because I was frustrated. He claims the vehicle “broke down” and rescheduled for today. Same thing happened today. This time he claims the vehicle was in an accident. These are clearly excuses for operational error, otherwise they need a new fleet manager. When I told him this was ridiculous and I’ve missed work twice now, he told me “well I’m not scared of you so I don’t know why you’re so frustrated.” Completely unprofessional and uncommunicative company.
