Their great reviews are well deserved. I called on a Mon for a coolant leak in Century Village which required accessing the apartment below and digging up a line to repair/replace. Doug came on Tues, spoke to the tenants below and set up repair for Thurs. Doug arrived as promised and the job was completed in 3.5 hrs for the price agreed. This company is top notch, professional and reliable. Fantastic experience from my initial conversation with the very knowledgeable Tracy to the repair with Doug. What a pleasure to deal with a company that is informative and efficient... a rare experience.

Woke up to a broken AC in the middle of the night. A friend recommended Fleming Bros. She was told that she would have to replace her entire system, so she called Fleming Bros for a second opinion. They said it wasn’t necessary and fixed the issue at hand. That kind of honesty was all I needed to feel confident I wouldn’t be taken advantage of. I called them and had their tech Tristan show up in about an hour. He was professional and pleasant to work with: He quickly troubleshot and fixed the problem, blower motor. He went out of his way to check a couple of other things to ensure everything was working as it should. Overall, the experience was positive and I will be using them in the future. Thanks Tristan!

So impressed with these guys. We’ve had a repair and a service done by Fleming Brothers recently. The lady who schedules appointments is so pleasant and helpful. Mario, the tech who fixed and serviced our unit is excellent. No pressured “upselling” new units or extras - just fixed the problem quickly for a honest, reasonable price. 100% recommend this company!
