Fleming Excavating Inc

I was hit by Joe an employee driving a company truck who changed lanes without signaling and ran into my car .He would not stop. I called immediately to t Fleming and reported. He said he didn't realize and offered a 50 dollar gift card.J thought that was enough except its a bogus cheesecake factory card that can be only used 3 hours away.I didn't do anything wrong and I have to spend 20 dollars in gas to use my card. That's not trying to make it right. Going to report the accident.

Parked right in front blocking entrée for hours. Why? there is the entire lot to park respectfully.

I went in to inquire about the stones they have awhile back ago with a different woman there. Me being deaf there was a little bit of misunderstanding about the charges that they had. I went back in again several months later to inquire about the stones and the delivery charges. Well the front desk receptionist was being very snooty and was having a bad attitude towards me. When I had thought the delivery under 5 Miles was free. She was saying ohh no no no it's not free.. then she was pulling out the price list chart per miles but had the 6 7 8 9 10 miles on up covered up by her hand just showing me the 5 miles I asked her politely for me to see the price list she was refusing to to hand it over to me so I can see what they were charging per miles. She wouldn't even hold it up for me to

The tore up my property, left litter, blocked a public street for hours, crushed my plants, blocked driveways and made people miss work/appointments, looking into my vehicles & property, rammed a trash can into my yard which wasn't mine with a vehicle & were very rude when asked to let people through. I will have law enforcement remove them from my property if they enter again without permission.

Every time I call in, the receptionist is always friendly and wants to help. She asks me what she can do to make my day better. A true pleasure.
