Signed contracts and gave them 50% deposit on 10/15/25. My old furnace was NOT hooked up so I didn't have any heat. They weren't able to start the project until 11/12/25. They worked for a day and a half but only got 2 heat ducts connected and left huge ducts open into the basement so I still could not use my heat. They came back after a week and at least got the bare minimum ducts hooked up so I could start using my furnace. My walls have been open with half the ductwork incomplete, improper cold air returns, and exposed copper on incomplete AC units since then. The owner then comes in on Dec 23rd to finally look at the ducts he was supposed to check on before work started. And didn't bother getting a quote to me until 1/7/26. And of course he wants to rake me over the coals for the ductw

Tony and his team were a blessing to us this week as they promptly and sacrificially and economically replaced our worn out furnace and air conditioning system with excellent Lennox products in spite of bitter cold temperatures and an overwhelming schedule. Thank you!

The service was fast and didnt cost an arm anad a leg. The installer was quick and got the job done same day. Highly recommend.

Furnace broke down saturday, night had tech come out within a hour very kind very quick, up and running with 45 minutes. Would recommend.
