He came over and looked over stuff. He said he would email me an estimate that night. He didn't for over a week, so I tried to contact him without any response. It's been 3 weeks without any contact. I do not recommend a company that goes as low as pretending to be interested in a job and then ghosting the customer.
After the first call and a call back, Ryan's communication stop. Leaving a customer in the dark is not a way to do business. If you didn't want the job MAN-UP and say so.
