I have been using Ron and his excellent crew for several years now, and they never fail to get the job done right, and on time! The are friendly, professional, and really go out of their way to make the customer happy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality electrician, who will be honest with you, and make sure you're not paying for something you don't need! Keep up the good work guys!

Gave them 3 stars because they did get to my work order fairly quickly considering how very busy they are , & yes they did a good job , however communication is NOT their strong point , i had to be home because i have pets i don't want let out , therefore i wanted to know approx when they’d be here (your typical curtesy eta stuff ) , or so i thought after being scoffed at by the receptionist & told she’d get back to me, they dodged my calls till the next day after calling for the fourth time , she begrudgingly gave me a time frame , i was grateful it was actually earlier than the time she gave , although the electricians did a good job one of them had to step right on top of my freshly washed pet bed with dirty work boots , really ? Was that necessary? Would of taken one second to move it

I called for a bid and Ron came out within a day. Once I signed the bid I got a call that he would begin my large project in two days. He completed the project quickly and managed Avista to finish their part of the project. I had waited months for another company to even return my calls after getting a bid. They never did. Another project came up and he came the next day after my call. Quick and easy fixes to both my problems. I would highly recommend. He is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and gets the work done!

Ron was the best electrician we have dealt with in the Valley. We have had an outlet issue for years in our trailer and was told by another crew that we would need it all to be reworked and they couldn’t help us with anything. Ron actually checked every individual outlet to figure out what the issues were. He wasn’t able to completely find the issue (believe me he tried) in one visit as it was already past 630 pm and he still needed to head to Spokane but he told me he would be back next week to find the hidden issue with our last two outlets. He was so kind and willing to hear us out and didn’t mind entertaining my 4 year olds many questions. I highly recommend this company as not many work on trailers in the valley let alone ones that still have aluminum wiring. 10/10 recommend!

Ron made my landlords year! He saved us $4500!!! Very thorough and friendly and got the job done before the heat arrives. He looked at our system and realized it just needed a good cleaning, he explained things to us on a level we understood (not being in the profession) he was friendly, polite, and fast.
