We had an excellent experience from start to finish. We walked in needing flooring. Amy greeted us and was able to guide us to exactly what we needed! She’s phenomenal and knows her stuff! They came promptly and measured, and had us set up for the laying of the flooring the next week!!!!!! We could not be happier! We’d give them 10 stars if we could!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! From the salesperson, Amy, walking around barefoot with zero knowledge to the subcontractors that damaged my walls and even placed a piece of laminate that was cracked it was hardly worth the $4,000 that I had to pay! I should have listened to the reviews. When I brought up the fact that I was a little upset with their work, Amy had an attitude as if I shouldn't be complaining about the poor work that was done in my home. When I asked if they can come to my home and fix their mistakes she said that she would let them know. That was September of last year. Nothing was done! Disgusting, to say the least!

They did a good job in the kitchen but the livingroom was a different story had carpet in april seam started showing in the middle of floor 3 months later been back to tell them 7 different times and still nothing is done what a joke owner said just call you don't have to come here we will stand good for it 3 years later what a joke
