Typically arrives same day, within approximately 2 hours, the office kept me updated on his arrival. Very nice work vehicle, apparently well stocked with parts because he always seems to have what he needs to make any needed repairs at that time. Truly knowledgeable about his industry, prompt, quick, polite and a really nice person. When your dog likes him you know he's good. ❤️
