Highly recommend FLEX AIR! The men who replaced my air handler and condenser did an excellent job. They were respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable. They took the time to check and notice an issue with the other unit saving me a huge headache! The men were very understanding and respectful regarding my son who is disabled. I would definitely recommend using Flex Air! Thank you!!

Professional Malpractice Flexair was selected to build the HVAC system on a new construction home, we choose to continue to deal with them (despite some unprofessional initial encounters) because we thought it reasonable given they knew the work they did. Unfortunately, we have had major issues with our HVAC since we even before we moved in. First, and even before closing on the house, the drain pan was constantly flooding causing backups and multiple calls. This has happened at least twice in the last year. They almost never answer the phone and they lack the professional courtesy to call back in a reasonable time. They routinely no-show to appointments for which we have taken valuable time off of work to attend and/or show up at odd hours without appointment to deal with the multitu

10/10 - The entire team at Flex Air did a fantastic job helping me with my AC problem. I tried to call numerous others but nobody wanted to get involved in my AC problem . When I called Flex Air; Keith, the owner, picked up the phone and he was so polite and genuine I knew I was in good hands. Him and his crew came about 10 minutes early on the day and time we scheduled, prepared for whatever I needed. He walked me through the process of what he was going to do to trouble shoot my issues and get to the bottom of what was going on. They did such an amazing job fixing my AC . After Maybe 2 hours or so of diagnostic work and repair it was all fixed and worked better than new. Just had Flex Air come my condo we moved into a few months ago to replace my outdated air conditioning and heating system. Arrived promptly, the 3 workers were knowledgeable, extremely helpful and were so careful and cleaned up with no trace they had been there. Highly recommend them.
