I recently had my parents home updated with repainted rooms, ceilings, mouldings, all rooms were freshened up with new paint. Doors were added that were either missing or not shutting correctly. He did the heavy prep on all walls and ceiling, patching up and replacing sheetrock where needed, ripping out old rugs on the whole second floor and steps. He also had the floors sanded and refinished on the 2nd floor with steps included (Outstanding Work!) He was resouceful in finding multiple missing base board heating enclosures. Replaced and added moulding where needed. He was forthcoming with advice when needed and when it made sense, or made it look better. The house is now ready for sale thanks to Francisco and his crew.
