This is for the construction crew working on montopolis . MON-FRI understandably they are working on the playground and pool. However what is very disruptive the numerous times they have been working during off hours such as 4:00 am where trucks are beeping and dumping what sound like metal houses. Further more leads to my frustration when they are blasting music into my yard. All I ask is 2 things. 1) please do not continue to have drops offs at odd hours for example 4am. 2) lower the blaring music. Honestly I think it’s against any safety of operations procedures. This construction is a good thing for the kids of their neighborhood but PLEASE remember this is a LONG TERM construction project that has been going on and you are still in a residential neighborhood.

Awful neighbors. They don’t abide by agreements, rules, regulations, or laws, and never follow through with promises.

Beware, they don't pay their bills! I've been trying to collect for 4 months. The staff is horribly trained. Christina couldn't even direct me to the proper dept. for payment. Reported to BBB and trade mags in Austin.

Ine of there company vehicles ran a red light and hit my truck and now they are trying to get out of paying for it. Then driver admitted 1 week before accident having a heart attack and 2 weeks prior to that had a stroke. So he was highly medicated and shpuldnt have been driving.

An absolutely incredible corporation!
