We recently moved to new area. Back in March, we hired a different contractor, and long story short, they took our money and ran. So, we a bit gun shy, and didn’t look for another contractor for months. We needed a new bathroom installed, and a laundry room. Finally, I decided in September to go to Flipped Out Investments office and sit down with someone to discuss what I needed. They were so kind, and a little upset about what the other contractor did to us. They bent over backwards to get our renovation done in a timely matter and on a budget that suited both of us. Brandy, Josh, and their entire team were awesome to work with on our basement makeover! Their prices were really fair, and they kept us in the loop with regular updates, any unexpected bumps (which always happen in construction), and timelines. They totally got our style, so picking out stuff like cabinet hardware and paint colors was a total breeze! Since our house is from the 1960s, they definitely showed off their problem-solving skills with some quirky stuff (like a sump pump randomly in the corner of one room, which they cleverly hid with a new utility closet). We had a blast working with the Flipped Out crew and can’t wait to get them on board for our main bathroom redo in the future (that pink tile and tub combo has got to go)!

Ar first glance, the house we bought from these guys was beautiful. The closer you look the worse it gets. There were a lot of shortcuts taken. And then there is the fact that we bought the house from them in good faith and now have thousands of dollars of septic, plumbing and electrical work that is needed. The house is a money pit. I just wish that we had done deeper inspections so this could have been avoided.

Recently I reached out to the Flipped Out Team to get a quote for a bathroom remodel. In less than a week I had a quote and construction was started. Each member of the team that I came in contact with was VERY professional, knowledgeable, punctual and worked efficiently. From demo to final details. You guys have been amazing. My biggest take away is how great the communication has been with your entire team via text, emails and phone calls. Communication is everything. Quality work from quality people!
