This company was fantastic on servicing my unit. My fan motor blew before a heat wave and Greg went out of his way to fit me into his schedule. They gave excellent quick service with reasonable prices. Greg took the time to explain the issues and even talked me through cleaning the unit. I will be using this company for any of my HVAC needs, genuine and kind service. 5 stars!!

He showed up when he said he would, worked hard in the brutal heat, and never gave up until every issue was resolved. Greg has done work for me in the past. That’s why I called him first when I had an issue. He shows up on time. He gets the job fixed. Not just looked at. He had a family function on Saturday when I called him. Instead of just saying he can’t help, he looked at pictures and walked me through the process and helped me fix it myself. He is a kind, generous, honest man that I will call anytime I have an issue with my AC. I highly recommend him. He knows what he is doing. He fixed my AC over the phone. Imagine how good he is in person. I want to publicly say thank you to him. He cares for and takes care of his customers. I never have to worry about him overcharging or taking advantage of me. Greg was absolutely wonderful the 2 days in a row he came out. Had a weak compacitor and my unit desperately needed a clean, after part replace the unit ran cool then suddenly went hot again. Turned out a wire was loose, he came out on a Sunday to fix the fluke and cleaned the unit. Fantastic service, helped me learn as a new homeowner what signs to watch for to ensure the life of my unit. Absolutely fantastic service and I appreciate the willingness to educate me so I can better care for my unit!!!! Could not be happier and easy to communicate time tables for service given my schedule and followed up to ensure no further issues with the unit. She has run better than she has in years! Reasonably priced and flexible with ensuring payment was taken care of. I am so grateful for the time take

I own several rental properties and have had this company Service and do repairs at different times. The difference here is you deal directly with the owner instead of a hired hand. In my business, I really need Honesty and experience to help me make educated decisions. I feel I have always gotten that from the owner. He is not always trying to sell me a new unit. He repairs if he can which helps my business survive with lower cost. If you are looking I say Flo Air will not disappoint.
