FloHawks Plumbing and Septic

Garrett did a great job pumping our septic! My wife was the one at home while i was at work and we communicated over the phone He came out did an in home visual inspection to make sure the septic wasn't backed up and all that Jazz. He then did a visual and physical level inspection of my septic tank as well as the pump chamber. He noticed that the level in the chamber was high, seen the high level float disconnected from the pole. He measured the sludge level in the septic tank and told us we had about another year give or take. Told us we could pump it or wait till next year. He repaired the float for the high level alarm and attempted to fix the ground wire that had corroded (with my permission of course) the wire started to crumble. He stopped and informed us he couldn't get it and wha

$200 per hour charged at 15 minute intervals seems awful steep to me. The person they sent knew his stuff, no complaints at all. But $50 every 15 minutes? Really? Sigh....

I recently had a septic issue and called flohawks. They sent Frank out, same day (which was such a relief!). Not only did he arrive when they said he would - he was the BEST technician I’ve had work on my septic in the 11 years I’ve lived here. I’ve had a series of issues with my system and have had at least 10 septic people here doing work, inspecting, etc and not one of them told me that there’s a filter inside the tank that I’m supposed to clean monthly. Monthly! I had no idea, so I hadn’t done it. And my toilets had stopped working. Frank explained the system brillantly, he made sure I understood fully and he was so cheerful about the whole thing. He cleaned and pumped the tank, made sure all systems were a go inside the house and really went above and beyond to make sure the problem

Not reputable, seems like a SCAM. “Plumber” came out to look at an issue we were having, it was clear that he had no idea what was going on. He wandered around for 30 minutes with no answers (or questions, he wasn’t really looking to diagnose the issue, just wandering and wasting time, I have him on camera walking slowwwwwly back and forth from one side of our property to the other, back and forth). He then says “oh, I forgot to go over pricing— since it’s been 30 minutes now we’re at $300, and if you want me for an extra 30 then it’ll go up to $427”. $300 to wander around aimlessly?! Without any consent of that payment for services from our end? I called the company and told them there was an issue with this invoicing and that I didn’t feel comfortable paying this person on the spot (whic

The total experience was awesome! First we waited two days for another plumber to call us 2 hrs after they were supposed to be at our house saying they couldn't make it. FloHawks responded quickly and came out same day! We were beyond excited! Jesse Marco was amazing! He had to be creative in the repair because the piping was old and not up to standards. He did a GREAT job, worked hard & efficiently and was friendly and professional. A BIG thank you to Jesse & the FloHawk team!!!
