Can’t thank Flood 1 enough for the outstanding service they provided with my catastrophic upstairs bathroom burst pipe leak that flooded my kitchen. The two Mikes who came and assessed the situation, and then became the liaison between myself and the Insurance company was extremely professional as they worked in my best interests. They kept me informed constantly and expedited the process in a timely manner. The two Mikes were very friendly and eased my anxiety at every turn. Shoutout to Greg as well, as he also was very helpful in making me feel well taken care of. I would recommend Flood 1to anyone in need of emergency flood relief. My HOA recommended Flood 1 Restoration when my pipes leaked. I talked to Greg on the phone who was very accommodating and explained the process of everything. Mike came out and did a great job assessing the damages to my neighbor and my walls. A few of my other neighbors are a bit prickly and he navigated conversations with them calmly and professionally. He was efficient, personable, and knowledgeable with insurance. I’ve got nothing but good things to say about the whole process.

We contacted Greg after already contacting another restoration company that seemed very dishonest. Although we had some water damage, the other company tried to take advantage and tell us the damage was super extensive and was about to start tearing out all of our cabinets before our insurance confirmed coverage. Greg was super patient and kind when I called him and he was extremely knowledgeable with the insurance process for filing a water damage claim! Greg sent Michael out to take a look at the damage.
