We are grateful and thankful for the entire team at Flood Rescue OK. They all exceeded our expectations in assisting with our backup cleanup. Rod was extremely helpful in addressing all our needs and facilitating the insurance process. Collin and Johnny were very professional, considerate, and helpful. Although we may have missed acknowledging a couple of names, we extend our sincerest appreciation to the entire team. Their expertise made the process seamless and efficient. We highly recommend their services.

Flood rescue was very great to work with. They were right on time they advised would be at home each time they had to visit. All of the reps were very professional and great to work with. Jaden was awesome and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Caleb was first onsite and provided great information which put us at ease although we had to go thru the whole process. James was fast, informative, and great to work with on our water damage claim. The team that came out including Collin and Frankie were fantastic getting the damage removed and were incredibly attentive to ensuring they didnt create a mess in the rest of the house. Lastly the daily monitoring by Chris and Quincy were efficient and courteous to our schedules. Overall a fantastic experience during our time of need!

Collin & Greyson that worked today, on 1/8/2026, at my home did an outstanding job! They were very careful on keeping the house clean. I’m so impressed with them both. They are professional, knowledgeable, very thorough in their work, helpful, great listeners, very kind and polite men and patient with any questions I had, and very hard working! When they left, my house was still in great order. I am a very happy customer. I highly recommend them and this Company if ever needed. Thank you

The Flood Rescue team, including Caleb, Brandon and Collin were wonderful! We appreciated their immediate response to a leakage problem that had gone undetected for an unknown amount of time. They responded within the hour of contact, just as the winter storm was rolling into our area and it did not phase their professionalism or work ethic. My husband and I highly recommend Flood Rescue. Hopefully we won’t need their service again, but would not hesitate in calling them if needed.
