I was in another state when my rental property had water damage from an ac leak in the attic that leaked down the wall into the master bath front door and hallway. We trusted Flood Restoration to do the repairs while we were out of town for 10 months. The bill was 15,264.26. We just came back to Texas to check on the house. After spending $15,000 in repairs you would think we wouldn't be able to tell that there was a leak that took place. WRONG! Instead we walked into a house that smells like mildew. We can clearly see water damage lines on the baseboard,cracked gaps and swelling in the baseboards, and yellow stained water lines on the baseboard. There is bubbling on the top where the water leak started. Our homeowners ins covered the repairs so I don't understand why they didn't replace
