One of the benefits with Flood Restoration Services is they will video/scope your sewer lines to see if what the issue is in your water lines. John was very responsive, and came out a few hours after I called on December 30th. He set up the cleaning for December 31st ( New Year’s Eve). The entire process went so smoothly. John was thorough in his assessment, and equally thorough in the clean up process. The basement looked and smelled great! The work down by Flood Restoration Services exceeded my expectations. John and the whole Crew at Flood Restoration are nothing but professional. They arrived promptly at the time given, cleaned above and beyond what was expected, and left the house as if they were never here.
