Floodbusters Basements

Flood busters installed sump pump and pit on high side of basement. It doesn't work until it's 10 inches of water. Never offered to fix or even give estimate to move the pump only charge to clean it. I would never recommend them.

Basement waterproofing,with 2 sump pumps and battery back-up service. The team was super awesome if I may say. Personable,communicative, quick and it should be noted from the laughs that I heard coming from the basement, genuinely happy people. While at work, a rarity. The pricing was very,very competitive and fair.

For many years we had a damp and sometimes wet basement. Especially after heavy rains. After Flood Busters installed their system, very promptly and efficiently, the basement has been bone dry, inspite of the heavy rains we have had all across Harford County during the past year. I had the pleasure of meeting the staff of Floodbusters last year. They treated my basement for mold and waterproofed my basement and installed a subpump. I was satisfied was the affordable price of the installation and the professional service. I had my questions answered before the installation, during the installation and after the installation was completed. Mr. Frank, the owner did a final walk through inspection to check on the accuracy of the installation. He addressed all of my concerns at that time.
