They always showed up on time and completed the job without any issues. A special thank you to Nick, Emily, and Melissa — they were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were patient, thorough, and made sure everything was handled properly. I especially appreciated how patient they were with my dog who wouldn’t stop barking! I highly recommend Floodmaster to anyone needing their services. 5 stars from me!

The team at Floodmasters did an incredible job on our home. They were in constant communication on progress and updates and were super professional in all ways. Had a slab leak in my home, a plumbing company I was working with referred me to Floodmasters. They came the next day and started the drying out process. This company was very professional and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them if you have water damage.

The plumber selected from my Home Warranty Insurance referred Flood Masters to me. I will be giving a review on them and Flood Masters again, very soon. The first thing people want to know about is "Money". We know what we can, can't, and what we want to pay. Everyone in that company is wonderful and helped me so very, very much. Amey, in the payment department was outstanding. She was very patient, assuring, and positive when I explained that I had recently had a claim in to my Home Insurance that was not finished and that payment from this claim may be delayed. Her words were: "everything will work out in it's time, don't worry". That was nobody but The LORD as this claim has opened and closed and I'm still dealing with the first claim which was severe water damage as well. Ever

Our basement flooded as soon as we moved into our new house, and Q has been so helpful through the whole process. He immediately eased our worries and walked us through how to put in an insurance claim and start mitigation. Even after mitigation was finished, he was available for any questions and concerns.
