Really impressed with the new Floor & Decor in Mt Pleasant. Beautiful selection of in-stock products but even more notable was the amazing customer service. I made several trips there and every time I walked in, there was someone there greeting me and asking me how they could help, showing me products & talking with me about my project options. Tommie (Pro services) and Susan & Danielle (Design) are fantastic problem solvers & helped me avoid some very expensive mistakes. Alejandro, Brian, Rockey were also very helpful.

We had a complicated tile order for a very special client. Susan came up and quickly helped us figure it out. She was super knowledgeable and very helpful. Bryan helped us source one particular tile we needed a lot of from the warehouse. With their help, we were able to pull this off for our clients without having to make new selections. Thank you!

Danielle and Jo are amazing. They walked us through ever step of our tile selection and even helped me load the tile into my car. The store was clean, friendly and everyone was so helpful and nice. I will certainly be back for our next project. Mike

Danielle the manager was amazingly helpful! She helped me apply for the credit card. I’m soexcited that I can now redo all of my flooring and remodel my master bath. I can’t wait to work with Danielle to help me with the design process!!
