At Winston Salem location today, All of the associates were very courteous and Sarah was exceptional & provided outstanding service! Her knowledge of exactly which products we needed, along with her design expertise, made my entire experience exceptional. Will definitely use them for future projects. I highly recommend this professional team !!

Today we visited Floor & Decor in Winston Salem. An associate Emily helped us measure square footage, load our carts with multiple boxes, escorted us to checkout with our purchase which was already entered, then helped us load our car. She was very friendly and our experience was pleasant. The selection and prices are always great!

Just had a great customer service experience at the Winston Salem Floor & Decor store. Emily was a great help selecting the trim out and grout for our artisan bronze ceramic backsplash and shower niche. She was very efficient calculating the square footage for the backsplash looking at my kitchen layout design. She was friendly and polite and made the shopping experience very pleasant.

Great experience at Floor & Decor. The store was clean, organized, and had a huge selection to choose from. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Shonda especially stood out — she was extremely nice, patient, and helped make the whole process easy. Really appreciated the great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back

Building a new home can be very stressful with all the decisions you make. Two ladies that helped us greatly by eliminating that stress and help make our decisions simple, were Hailey and Vickie at the Winston Salem location. Each took more time than required to assist us, stay cheerful and polite as we made our selections. Not only did we get great deals, we had great help!! Each and every associate we have encountered have been so pleasant and courteous and actually act like they enjoy their job. A great store overall!!
