Floor Authority

I highly recommend the Floor Authority! They couldn’t have been more helpful to my wife and I as we worked to find replacement porcelain tile for our kitchen. They also gave us numerous contractor references for installing the new tile. We chose ProLevel Tiling. Rick did an awesome job removing and replacing the tile. He was consistently on time arriving at our home and communicated well when there were questions about the project. Simply put, Rick is a master at his craft. We won’t hesitate using the Floor Authority and ProLevel Tiling again.

I have to start off with giving Lindsay a 5 star rating. She was so wonderful to work with. Always so polite and never made me feel rushed to pick anything out. I searched high and low for flooring and tile. My builder recommended FA and I’m so glad he did. Everything from start to finish was so professional and install was quick and beautifully done. I highly recommend floor authority to anyone looking for the perfect look. I wish I could upload videos on a review but it won’t allow. So screenshots will have to work for some of my pictures.

We have worked both with Allison and Kyle. Both are very knowledgeable and super helpful. Would definitely recommend this place and the staff to help with any project around the house that they specialize in.

Lindsay is superior and super professional. The place is impressive the staff team led guided and feed off of what I wanted I thanked them for helping me fall in love with what I could notput in words or express to them properly me and my husband fell in love with the amazing women at the reception desk. Would give 10 stars if the option was there. I am excited to go back and yell to my neighbors from the rooftop about this establishment.
