Please do not hire this company! They left my tile a mess. When asked about dark spots left ( so many) Tom told me that the grout dries at different rates and when it dries it will be clean and match the rest of the grout. Wrong! My tile was left worse than when they left! They put on a coating on my tile that I was told would adhere to the tile and grout to keep it clean. No! I was left with a sticky mess on my tile ! The tile was sticky and your foot stuck to the tile before lifting back up. They caused damage to my baseboards and in one area they soaked so much water into the baseboards warped outwards ! They left a huge water puddle in my husbands office under his furniture and lucky we caught if before it did damage to the furniture. The whole experience was a costly nightmare. T

My marble looks beautiful! I will only call Floor Cleaning Experts in the future- they did a fantastic job I am so pleased with their work. My kitchen counters are Calcutta marble and I also have a marble bathroom and both rooms look beautiful post job, thank you so much!

We were incredibly surprised by the remarkable difference Tom was able to achieve bringing our marble floors back to life. You can practically see your face in our floors. We wholeheartedly recommend floor cleaning experts, not only for their conscientious efforts, but also for their kind nature.

I'm sorry to have to post an unfavorable review. Tom was terrific during the sale and unfortunately, I paid him without inspecting the job as I was tied up and could not get down to the property for several days. Upon inspection, there were still many old paint spots and several pavers were still out of alignment. Tom met me at the property, I believe on a Tuesday, and said he would return Friday to align the sunken pavers and work more on the spots. I went to the property today, after a month, and the pavers look the same. So disappointed. I should have done the job myself in the first place. The worst part of this is, I have over 1000 sf of marble flooring I was hoping to have Tom strip, refill, re-polish and seal.

Tom with Floor Cleaning Experts brought our flood damaged hardwood floors back to life! We did not have to replace which saved us thousands in our renewal process after Helene! I highly recommend their service.
