We tried multiple flooring places and they didn't make us feel comfortable and offer something in our price range. When we first walked into Floor Concepts we were welcomed by Kolten. He was absolutely great! He asked what type of flooring we would be interested in, gave us some options to look at and then we scheduled an appointment for measurements. Once we got the quote we were able to speak to Kolten and he was able to get us closer to our price range. We had the flooring installer Will come out 3 weeks later and he had our old flooring removed and the new flooring installed in 3 days. This exceeded our expectations and we love our home even more. We will definitely come back for any of our flooring needs!

Tried multiple flooring places and didn’t love options/pricing. One trip to Floor Concepts and Eric was great, took home multiple samples and purchased flooring the next morning. Order arrived within a few days. After pick up we noted part of the order was the wrong color. We called in AM hours the next day and by lunch same day the guys had delivered the correct color and took the wrong flooring with them. 10/10 stress free process with these guys, would recommend to anyone!
