The selection of carpeting and flooring was amazing. Bill helped make the entire proces, stress free snd easy in making our selection. Once completed, we had a minor problem with the flooring in the kitchen and Bill had it taken care of immediately. I would definitely recommend Floor Concepts to my friends and family.

I recently settled on a condo in early January and wanted to replace all of the flooring in the unit prior to moving in. I worked with Bill who was super responsive and worked quickly to ensure that we fit both my budget and short timeline. I ultimately decided to have vinyl plank installed in the living area, tile in the kitchen, and new carpeting in all other areas. Called floor concept look for a few square feet of hardwood flooring. Water damaged 60+ year old house. Bill told me to stop in think he may have what I looking for. Turns out had exactly what I needed. Ended up give it to no charge. Very knowledgeable. I have purchased LVF about a year ago good quality material and knowledge staff. A1 highly recommended.
