Leigh Ann at Floor Coverings International was wonderful to work with! My solid white oak floors turned out beautiful! I couldn’t be more pleased. Fabio and his team did a great job installing the new product. They completed the work in only one day, which included tear out of the old product and install of the new hardwood flooring as well as quarter round. Leigh Ann is the owner and provided top notch personal service from beginning to end. She went the extra mile by coming to the house twice and calling me before, during , and after the install. She even met me at work with samples to help expedite the start of the job and meet the tight timeline as I was moving into the home. We met LeighAnn at a home show. She was very pleasant and easy to deal with. When she came to our house she had plenty of samples, took enough time, and helped us pick out a perfect floor for our kitchen. The installers were friendly, efficient and took the time to make sure our job was done correctly. LeighAnn even came over to check on the job once it was done. I’m very happy with this company and would use them again

We were in the market for a stair runner for our new house this fall and was introduced to Floor Coverings International at Forks Community Days. From the very beginning, Leigh Ann listened to my vision and worked tirelessly to secure samples to bring it to life. It took multiple appointments before we made the final decision on staircase.
