I asked them for a quote when the contractor remodeling a room in my house told me he would not be able to lay the floors the way I wanted them. FCI was able to come out and give us a quote right away. They explained the whole process and sent us a quote by email the same day. They even worked with us to slot the job in quickly to make it work with our renovation schedule. Most importantly, they did a beautiful job on the floors! The representative brought carpet samples to our home so we were able to make a decision on the color, texture in the room where the carpet would be installed. It made our decision much easier. Great quality work! It was such a pleasure working with Kim and her team! They were super attentive, communicative, and knowledgeable. Kim provided quick responses to any questions or concerns that I had during the process. It was also great to be able to get some assistance in what flooring would work best for my home.
