WOW!!!!! Great customer service from Mark when we made the decision to purchase a new floor to Pedro and his crew. They are all very professional and worked very efficiently. We love our new floors. We had 1000 sq feet of tile taken out and LVT installed. Best decision we made! They were done with the entire project in 3 days. I highly recommend this company and crew! WOW!!! I am in LOVE with my new flooring! Words cannot express how satisfied I am with this company. From my consultation, I immediately felt I could put my trust into this crew. Travis was so personable and transparent with any information I needed. He was patient and understanding, knowing this was important to me. Lorenzo and his entire crew did such an amazing job, paying attention to every little detail. Such a talented crew!! We had a seamless experience getting our floors done at a great price and deal. The consultation was in our home and it was great to see samples against our own furniture, walls, lighting. Install got scheduled right away and only took 2.5 days! I appreciated the fast work (with no sacrifice to detail of course) to minimize the interruptions to our home. Not only did we get beautiful floors but we also received 15% back of our total to a Costco giftcard since we booked through Costco. You can’t find a better incentive than that! Would definitely recommend!
