First of all it is a female owned company. Heather and Erin were both professional and personable. The installers were as well . They came in and got to work, finished the removal of the old flooring and installation of the new floor with stain and varnish in just two days. I expected a lot of dust but not so much. They cleaned up and hauled off the old flooring. Highly recommend Floor Coverings International!

Heather and Erin were absolutely wonderful, they went out of their way to assist with any questions or concerns we had. It was beyond great customer service. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to family and friends. If you are considering a new flooring option, you can not go wrong with using them.

DHeather, Cindy and Erin were all great to work with. They have an excellent installation crew who worked really hard to get my job done in one day. I'm impressed!! I would definitely call FCI again for my future needs.

Don’t use this company to install anything in your house that’s if you value your house and your time. They were so late on the install date that we were ready for bed when they finally arrived. They went to the wrong house and had other issues with another customer so that tells you a lot about their install team. Then they tried to install the wrong padding - twice!!! And laid our carpet on the dirty street instead in our driveway to cut it. You have to watch them and double check everything they do. They destroyed our base molding and we had to argue to get it replaced. Then they replaced it with the dirtiest piece and didn’t even paint it to match. Worst experience ever!!! Beware!
