In this family-owned business, you experience the personalization and pride each member has in the company. The installation crew was polite, efficient, and neat, leaving the house looking pristine. A site manager stopped by as the job was starting to make sure everything was going as planned, and again at the end of the day to ensure completion. And, a few days later, the owner came by to do a final check as well as to thank us for our business. Professional service at its best! Cannot recommend Floor Coverings International highly enough! We will be using this company again when we redo our bathroom

Very good customer service. Mike explained everything, gave suggestions, and was very easy to work with. The flooring came in very quickly and the install was completed in a timely manner. All furniture was put away exactly the way it was, everything was clean, and the floors look amazing!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would use them again in the future for sure!!! Thanks again!!!

Would not recommend this company. I have no complaints about the tile work but sure that was contracted out to another company. They had to use a plumber to remove and reinstall a pedestal sink. He left a sloppy mess in the bathroom and left with the sink leaking water on to my floors. Had to call and get them to send him back out to fix that. Never received a follow up call to see if things were taken care of. Poor customer service .

Mike Cummings and the crew were terrific from the initial call, to the home visit thru the installation and final walk thru. My wife and I could not have been more pleased.

The service Jeff and team provide is next to none. They're extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. If you're looking for flooring indoor or out, I highly recommend you check them out! Great folks and great floors. We love ours!
