Excellent service on both refinishing and new hardwoods. What we appreciated most was they were always on time and gave comprehensive follow up to be sure everything was perfect. The photo shows the refinishing, which made 20 years of wear, grime and water damage disappear. We are delighted.

Joe and the FCI team has transformed how we view home improvement. They make an effort to always be on time and Joe is very responsive via phone, email or texts. Joe and Mark are both very knowledgeable and perfectionist when it comes to their craft. They picked out smallest details like glue stains and minor scuffs from the installer that I would’ve missed. Calls back the installers to make sure it’s perfect before cleaning up and setting back our furniture. We first went to Home Depot for a quote and very quickly decided on FCI once we met Joe and Mark. I would highly recommend!

It’s not to often you come across a company that really cares about the customer and the job. Joe and his team were professional and made the process a pleasant one. He replaced our flooring on our staircase and upstairs hallway/bathroom. Fantastic job! My experience was nothing less than WONDERFUL.... Joe was so very kind, especially since I had to reschedule our appointment several times. He was also VERY ACCOMIDATING since my request was at the LEAST MOST UNUSUAL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for carpet and flooring as they also do Laminate.
