Jerry made our experience of getting new floors seamless and enjoyable! They brought all of the samples to our house, were very knowledgeable about the different products, and answered every question we had about them. The installation was fast and efficient. Gerry and his associate came out and brought samples for us and gave us a quote right then. They were very kind and professional. We chose then immediately over the other quotes we had. We don't regret it! The crew to 3 days to finish(we did almost our entire house) and moved everything and cleaned. We are so happy with our new floors! A few days later, my cat got locked in one of the rooms that still had carpet and tore the carpet up under the door. I texted Gerry and his guy came out that day and fixed it in 20 minutes for an extremely reasonable price. It didn't even have anything to do with their work. We were thrilled! Choose them to do your floors. They are great!

Our installation day was smooth, the installers were friendly, consulted with me when needed, cleaned up and moved everything back when done. Jerry came and checked on me during the process and followed up after completion. There were also several other reps who checked in during the installation which made me comfortable and confident that they were as invested in our satisfaction as we were. Extremely pleased with the process and final product delivered by FCI GVl! This project was unique in that we turned our garage into a Gym. Jerry and his team were great to work in providing solutions and options for our new gym floor. After selections were made the project was completed in a timely manner without compromising an ounce of quality!
