The floors are beautiful!! The guys were speedy and very clean, very minimal dust and noise. Excellent team to work with. Clayton sat down and walked us through the process so we knew exactly what to expect. I highly recommend Clayton and his team!

These guys did a fantastic job. I couldnt be happier. Clayton worked with us to make sure we were 100% satisfied with what we were getting and even said, please, if there is anything you need after the install or if there is something you're not happy with, we will come by, free of charge, and we won't leave until you and your family are 100% satisfied. We'll, that didnt need to happen because these guys are true Professionals and handled everything beautifully so for me, they definitely deserve a 5 star review. They even installed a nice thick pad under the carpet so even though we went with the cheapest option. The new carpet feels plush and expensive. Really happy with their service from start to finish.

I can't recommend FCI of Northeast Georgia enough. They offer a wide variety of services and high quality products. They also walk you through the selection process to ensure you choose the perfect flooring to complete your vision for your home. They show up when they say they will and installation was fast and easy. In fact, it took less time to install than was expected! I will post better pictures when all construction is complete. We could not be more pleased with with floors.

Clayton came out right away to give us an estimate of the work we needed completed. We had several rooms that needed some carpet stretching. Clayton was very personal and professional. His team, Eduardo and David were absolutely great. They reviewed all the work, did a great job on fixing our problem areas, and left the house cleaner than when they came. My experience with FCI of Northeast Georgia was positive from the start with Clayton assessing & measuring the area of need along with many available samples & price ranges offered. Mary Jane coordinated the project & was professional but also showed a genuine desire towards an end goal of my satisfaction. Eduardo & crew were great with our carpet installation, having to initially modify the usual process due to a problem with our preexisting floor. I was pleased with the final results as it looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend them for any flooring projects that you may have.
