Had a great experience with FCI from beginning to end! They presented option, showing me types of carpet and padding, etc.. They came out and laid carpet and installed hardwoods and it is beautiful! Then two months later I called them again asking them to carpet the remaining rooms and they were here in about a week getting it done! I was very happy with the customer service and installation! Service second to none! Thanks again; the house looks new again!!

We had a fabulous experience with Joe Nemec of Floor Coverings International? Joe communicated with us as often as needed and made sure we always knew what was happening. He gave us a great design for our master bathroom and we love the results! Even though it took an additional 2 months to get the glass installed after Joe finished his part, he stuck with us and didn't let us pay him until the glass company had finished and the job was complete. We highly recommend Joe Nemec and Floor Coverings International.
