Working with Cyndi was fun and easy! She helped me find the style I was after at a really nice price point. She’s a wealth of information about all the little details that were hanging me up from making a decision. I’m thrilled with the outcome.

Cyndi did a great job matching wood floor samples to my existing flooring. Everyone who has looked at it can’t tell the difference. Oscar, Fabio and installation team did an amazing job! My wood floors look great and I am very happy with the final results.

I called Floor Coverings International because they had the best ratings over all. They gave me a quote that was 2x what others were going to charge but I was not happy with the other quotes. So we went with this firm. The guys who installed the flooring were great. Unfortunately we did not get their names to be able to include in my review. We have requested many times for their names to no avail. The owner seems more interested in getting reviewed then in his people being recognized. If I had to recon a guess they hired day labors rather then having there own team? That is just speculation on my part. Two of the three guys had company shirts one did not. This company made everything go smoothly. They were very responsive and willing to work with our unique requirements. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product as well. We would not hesitate to use this company again.

We had a builder-grade engineered hardwood floor in our dining room and foyer, that had some water damage. We asked the folks at Floor Coverings International to take a look and see if there was any chance of stripping it (it was a lovely orange) and refinishing it. They took a very detailed look - even pulling a plank out of the damaged area to assess the thickness of the surface veneer - before telling us that they could do it. They were able to sand the finish and stain off the floor and to repair the damaged areas, stained everything dark walnut, and put a new finish on it. The work was meticulous, and they did a great job minimizing the dust in the rest of the house. The result is beautiful and just what we had hoped for. I highly recommend these guys - they are great!
